At Your service

Hello, I'm Jo, the sewing machine mechanic.

I'm here to get you sewing again. Whether you are using a vintage Singer from your gran, an all-singing, all-dancing modern computerised machine or industrial machine, whether you are a hobbyist or sew for a living, if it's broken or just needs some TLC — I'm here to help.

I'm a fully qualified, independently-certified sewing machine mechanic with experience on a wide range of machines from ultra-modern, computerised embroidery machines to straight-stitch Victorian hand-crank and everything in between.

I also have many years of experience using sewing machines as a seamstress and hobbyist so I know the frustrations of a machine not working properly and what it looks like for a machine to sew perfectly.
